Terrazzo composite board
The composite board is composed of environmentally friendly light board and cement-based terrazzo.The two are combined into one by special technology,which has the advantages of light weight (after compounding,the overall bulk density is 1200kg/m3),easy processing and cutting,durable and beautiful,which can meet the requirenments of environmental protection and health furmiture.
1.Surface hardness is not less than 47 degrees. ;
2.Good glossiness; water absorption should be less than 4%
3.The compressive property reaches more than 5kn/ cm2, flexural performance is not less than 1 kn/cm2, the frost resistance should not be changed at -15°C ;
4.Good wear resistance, surface mohs hardness reaches 6-8 class, no cracking, not afraid of heavy vehicle rolling, and heavy dragging, non-shrinkage deformation. No dust, high cleanliness.
5.Non-flammable, non-spark, anti-ageing, anti-fouling, anti- corrosion, no odor, no pollution.
6.The brightness of inorganic terrazzo is natural and moist after surface treatment.
7.Impermeable, waterproof and antifouling (infiltration rate is less than 0.8)
8.Oil resistance, weak acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt fog resistance, the comprehensive performance of natural protection is better than all existing stone products.
9.With a service life of over 30 years, the special formula and structural design can ensure than it is easy to recycle and repair after being put into use, and the maintenance and cleaning cost and sanitation management difficulty for the ground are greatly reduced.
